Blue Flowers

QUESTION: Wow, your flowers look magical, something from the dream world.

I would like to know how to get these flowers especially the blue ones.

I live in Nigeria and I want to do a little landscaping.

Besides, I would like a blue rose if there is any, and blue anemones and blue thistle, hyacinthes and orientalis delft.
