Carneval Roses

QUESTION: Where can I find Carnival roses? I would like to grow my own.
They were in my wedding bouquet and I adore them.
They are yellow with dark reddish tips.
The florist told me they were called "Carnival Roses".
Thanks!
Laura
ANSWER: Hi Laura! The Carneval rose is ideal for beds and borders, because the dark green matte foilage makes a striking color combination with the red edged flowers.
It was introduced by Kordes, Germany, in 1987.
I don't have source for it.
I recommend you go to your local garden nursery that sells garden rose bushes, and ask them to special order it for you.
I have to special order my own hard to find roses sometimes, and I have had no problem.
The Carneval rose is hardy to Zone 4.
