Green Rose

QUESTION: I am wanting a green rose plant (bare root?)and can't locate any.

They have to exist because florists sell them.

Can you help me???

ANSWER: Hi Karen! There is a green rose bush, but none of my suppliers stock them.

The green roses from the florists, are not garden roses, and are only for the florist trade, and are never sold bare root or in a container to plant in a garden.

You might want to visit your local garden center that sells roses, and ask them to special order the green rose bush.

Local nurseries buy from huge wholesalers, and they might find one for you.

This is how I have found special hard to find rose bushes over the years.
