QUESTION: I would like to find a rose named Sally.
It's for a 60th birthday.
ANSWER: Hi Chris! Yes there is a rose called Sally.
It's actually called Sally Holmes rose.
It's a very lovely rose, that I personally love.
And it's a very popular creamy white rose shrub.
Sally Holmes needs plenty of space, but can be contained by regular pruning.
The blooms are exquisite and transition from apricot pink buds to creamy white, single blooms.
The rose blooms appear in large clusters and last a long time.
The Sally Holmes rose is a must have for a serious gardener, because it's so beautiful and so easy to grow.
It's a gold medal winning rose.
You could special order it from a local garden nursery that sells roses if you cannot find it.
Best Regards,
Annelie
