Knockout Rose Bush
by Mary D.
Question: Is there a knockout rose bush that doesn't get any taller than around 18 inches or so?
I have double knockout rose bushes in front of my porch and I love them, but I have to keep cutting them back so they don't get too tall.
All I'm doing is cutting away the new blooms in order to keep them that short.
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to this question.
Answer: Sorry, there are no Knockout roses that will stay at 18 inches tall.
I recommend that you transplant the Knockout rose bushes elsewhere.
Then plant some miniature roses instead.
They grow to about 18 inches tall, and bloom profusely all season.
