Potted Roses Winterization

I have tea roses in a large pot. New this year, it has taken off and is almost 3 ft tall. wondering whats best for winter for the plant?

Should I bring it into a sun room( kept at 55* )during the winter or can I keep it outside wrapped in burlap, straw etc...

Bring it into the sun room for the winter. If kept at 55 F it should be OK.
Hybrid tea roses are very cold tender. Your potted rose would not survive outside, even if you wrapped it real well.
