Carol, White Iceberg is everything you mentioned, unfortunatly Burgandy Iceberg does not do as well.
It lacks the vigour the white is renouned for so would try one before making a garden of them.

If you are into growing your own from seed the white has colour in its genetical makeup. I germinated a mauve just about the colour of Blue Moon. This 3 year old seedling resembles the white in other respects though seems to have a fuller bloom. It's early days but it should be very special.
