Roses Blooming

Syed: Since the roses are in pots, it is quite possible that the plants are root bound. You may need to re-pot in larger pots or in the ground if available. also, i would suggest using a fertilizer that has a high middle number(Phosphate) like 10-56-10. also, make sure that they get at least 6 hours of full sun each day and are not placed in a sheltered area like a porch.
