When to buy and plant the blaze climbing rose?

I would like to purchase the Blaze Climbing rose. I thought springtime would be the best time to buy and plant the traveling rose. I live in Alabama and reading in an Alabama Living magazine, it said to plant rose bushes now. What is your opinion? If so I am ready to buy my rose bush and get it in the ground.

Hi Jan,
You can plant the Blaze climbing rose now. Fall planting is excellent, because the roots will start growing, and when spring comes it will be bursting with lots of blooms.
