When To Plant

QUESTION: I am planning an outdoor wedding for my Daughter next June and am wanting to plant some pink and orange roses.

I am wondering when I need to plant them.

I live in South Eastern New Mexico and have some roses that were here when I moved in that do very well with very little maintenance.

But I want to make sure I don't plant to soon or to late.

Also I am wanting bright pink and bright orange roses.

I like the climbing, bushes, and mini roses. Any suggestions?
